Wallet deposit amounts, payment provider names (OxaPay for Crypto, Polar.sh for Card), external transaction IDs, and tax amounts. Note: Raw credit card numbers and full billing addresses are handled directly by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record) and never enter RouteLM servers.

C. Usage & Diagnostic Metrics

API request timestamps, requested model IDs, prompt token counts, completion token counts, latency (ms), HTTP response codes, and free tier status.

D. Security & Connection Data

Network connection metadata associated with account signups, web logins, and API completion requests to protect against abuse, credential stuffing, and automated bot attacks.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information strictly for the following purposes:

  • Executing AI API completion requests and routing inference traffic.
  • Calculating and deducting credit balances based on token usage.
  • Enforcing security safeguards, rate limits, and anti-abuse policies.
  • Sending critical transactional emails (email verification, password reset links, low-balance alerts).
  • Providing technical customer support (Response SLA: 1–3 business days).

4. Infrastructure & Service Partners

RouteLM processes inference requests across secure cloud infrastructure to deliver high-speed model responses. Payment processing is managed securely by merchant payment partners (OxaPay and Polar.sh).
